01

Inside the system

The enquiry is only the beginning.

The original Luven business focused on the work surrounding customer conversations. A call or message needed to become useful information: the right contact, the right context, and the right next action.

The platform connected front-desk handling, lead qualification, booking and reminders, review management, and lead recovery through a shared workflow architecture.

02

Inside the system

Connect the whole journey.

The voice-processing path moved from authentication and business lookup to lead scoring, a CRM contact update, a note, and a qualification tag. Duplicate-event handling prevented repeated events from being treated as new work.

Supporting workflows handled customer onboarding, voice setup, billing events, and errors. The product was the coordinated journey across those services.

03

Inside the system

An onboarding flow that follows the purchase.

The setup experience changed according to the selected agent or bundle. A voice-only service could move directly to voice setup; a larger bundle exposed the relevant configuration sections.

That conditional structure carried the service architecture into the interface. Each purchase led to a focused set of questions and the configuration needed for its next step.

Experience design

The form follows the service.

The original Luven platform’s March 25 onboarding report covered five individual agents and three bundles. Each selection revealed the configuration it needed and carried the customer to the relevant next step. It is an example of service architecture becoming a more focused interface.
